Our entire State Education System from K-12 and throughout Higher Education and the usurpation of Legal Positivism was all constructed on the inverted false floor metaphysics and ontology of Lockean premises and Locke’s epistemological frameworks (‘Consent’, ‘Memory’, ‘Identity’) - all nominalist Constructivist artifice designed and deployed in service to State power consolidation via mechanisms of Commercial vested interests - all ‘sold’ to The People through rhetorical masking as ‘Freedom’ and the ‘grounding of Liberty’. Liberty In Name Only - ‘transaction’ serfdom in function. This was never the foundation of Constitutional Liberty and this is why key Founders opposed Locke’s metaphysics, ontology and epistemology. But (Crown Inc) British East India’s agent was promoted throughout Higher Education, idolized across the credentialed classes and remains to this day, the go to default ‘Mr Liberty’ for the vast majority of Westerners and every single ‘Public Intellectual’ and media pundit. The long arm of Crown Inc retained its controlling agency and is currently operational in the strategy and tactics of Technocracy, with Locke’s blueprints heavily referenced in Peter Thiel’s ‘The Straussian Moment’ writings, as the basis for digital smart contracts, user service agreements etc which are fundamentally incompatible with the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. Thiel’s (Crown Inc’s) Lockean premises dissolve and negate the American Constitutional Republic, transitioning America from Independence to Interdependence and anchoring Liberty in Property is the main mechanism for enabling that.

There is huge dissonance in realizing this for very many people caught in the dialectics of ‘Communist Abolish Property Ownership’ v Anti Communist ‘Self Ownership’ ideological stances - which is why it’s necessary to understand what the Founders originally rooted Liberty in and the relevance of that to ‘inalienable’ and ‘self evident’ which are only intelligible and functional upon the immutable foundation of metaphysical and philosophical realism - not the false floor nominalist inversion of Constructivism (which is what Locke’s theories are all predicated upon).

I aimed to set this out as clearly as possible in the Civic Octet and all the work I’ve put onto substack - from my very first Fable onwards - has been to help The People in their awareness and understanding of these roots and foundations by which they will either surrender their liberties (and be happy about it, clapping for “Freedumb”) or Civic Education will be recovered and fully restored which forms them in the necessary discernment and understanding to reject the Opt In Tyranny and (packaged seductively as “Freedom”) and instead to embody their duties in upholding and defending their liberties. Not nearly as sexy - I know - Libertarians especially will probably rail against it as their entire movement is build on false floor fake foundations, as is modern ‘Conservative’ Inc and every political, ideological and cultural Collective. All the ‘Movements’™️ funnel The People right back into the containment system to be ‘managed’ in The Managed Republic. It was not always this way and it need not always be so. What’s necessary is the desire and appetite for it NOT to be so, then the hard work of learning, understanding, FORMATION, embodying, upholding and defending the Constitutional Republic can begin - and for anyone who swears an oath to uphold and defend - this is the very least that’s required from them. This is the starting point - yet no one trains any public office holders/officials/servants in any of this. That is why The Republic is in peril. The People have no Civic Formation because………the theft of Education, which began with the very instantiation of State Education itself, as the offensive AGAINST The Founders Vision for Civic Education. It was always warfare against domestic population and still is. ‘Communism’ has been a latter phase, with a dissident movement now primed and reactive, willingly driving the Technocratic Agenda for Totalitarianism forwards, with the approval of their own nominalist compromised conscience. The architects and financiers of all dialectical operations are well pleased with the romantic idealism of the ideologically possessed People on all “sides” and of all affiliations. “I own mySelf” and rights anchored in “Property” has delivered Operational Success
